When you request a quotation, we process the information you provide: company, name, email address, telephone number, selected application and project details. Name, email, application and project details are required to answer the request; company and telephone number are optional.
The hosting infrastructure may also record technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time in security and access logs.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process enquiry data to respond, prepare quotations and take steps requested before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We may process limited technical logs to keep the website secure and operational based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and retain information where necessary to comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). Data submitted through the quotation form is not used for marketing unless separate information and a separate choice are provided.
4. How data is handled and who receives it
Data is handled using appropriate organisational and technical measures by authorised EuroGuaine personnel. It may be processed by providers supporting website hosting and email delivery, acting under the applicable data-protection arrangements. Data may also be disclosed to professional advisers or public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Form data is not intentionally disclosed to recipients outside the European Economic Area. Some technical service providers may process data in other countries; where this occurs, the transfer must rely on the safeguards required by Chapter V of the GDPR. Information about the providers and applicable safeguards can be requested from the controller.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for the time reasonably necessary to respond and manage the resulting business relationship. If a quotation leads to a contract, relevant information may be retained for the longer periods required by accounting, tax or other applicable law. Technical logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s security and rotation requirements.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may exercise these rights by emailing info@euroguaine.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Links to third-party services, such as WhatsApp or mapping services, are activated only when you choose to follow them; their own privacy terms then apply.
